Description

You have taken a software product from concept to launch, and you understand that meaningful product work is a continuous journey. You are someone who navigates ambiguity without predefined playbooks, diving deep into user needs, problem spaces, and domain complexities until clarity surfaces. You're not interested in backlog administration or template completion. You seek ownership of a meaningful objective and the autonomy to pursue it with velocity, precision, and strategic focus.

At Trilogy, we are redefining the approach. You are not here to "maintain a roadmap". You are here to deliver one critical outcome: a tangible, quantifiable business result. You receive a single, well-defined objective—something that must occur when users engage with the product—and your responsibility is to achieve it. You will develop comprehensive domain knowledge using AI as a collaborative partner and user feedback, translate those insights into actionable guidance for both team members and AI systems, and drive the product through rapid, evidence-informed cycles until the objective is reached.

You will join a team that does not reward administrative overhead or polished process documentation. You will be present to generate impact and make choices grounded in user evidence, rapid iteration cycles, and incisive understanding. If you are ready to move beyond conventional PM routines and truly transform the discipline, we invite your application. We are creating the future of product management as it was meant to be.

What you will be doing

  • Develop BrainLifts: A systematic, continuously refined collection of expert knowledge that enhances AI capabilities, informs strategic choices, and demonstrates your command of the domain.
  • Execute Product Iterations: Incremental, metrics-informed product improvements delivered each week to advance the product toward a quantifiable objective.
  • Cultivate Domain Expertise: Develop thorough, organized knowledge of a particular domain, enabling the team to produce superior decisions, generate more customized solutions, and engage with credibility.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Investing an entire month in building a single new feature; our standard is to release new capabilities weekly
  • Producing extensive and detailed PRDs, administering backlogs, or specifying every interface element or exceptional scenario
  • Designing technical implementations or software infrastructure

Candidate requirements

  • 4+ years in a product leadership position at a product-focused company, where you directly influenced a complete software product's strategic direction, established the roadmap, and refined it using usage data or customer insights (specifically, not merely a feature or component within a larger product, and not internal tooling, outsourcing projects, or bespoke development for a single client)
  • Some exposure to product management of software deployed by large enterprises, providing you with insight into how large organizations evaluate, procure, and implement software, in contrast to consumers or even small to medium businesses.
  • Technical foundation sufficient for engaging in conversations about data structures and architectural tradeoffs. Supported by either academic credentials in Computer Science, or practical coding/development experience of at least 1 year.
  • Genuine interest in leveraging AI throughout your daily workflow (e.g., investigation, evaluation, consolidation, or planning).
