Senior AI Product Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

You've successfully guided a software product from concept through launch, and you understand that meaningful product work extends well beyond that initial milestone. You're someone who navigates ambiguity effectively, diving deep into user needs, problem spaces, and domain knowledge until a viable solution becomes apparent. Managing backlogs and completing specification documents isn't what drives you. What you seek is genuine ownership of an impactful objective, with the autonomy to pursue it through rapid iteration, strategic insight, and concentrated effort.

At Trilogy, we've inverted the traditional approach. Your role isn't to "maintain a roadmap". Your role is to deliver one measurable reality: a tangible business outcome that manifests through user interaction with the product. You receive a single, well-defined objective—an outcome that should occur when users engage with what we build—and you're accountable for achieving it. Success requires developing comprehensive domain knowledge with AI as a collaborative partner and user feedback as your compass, translating those insights into actionable guidance for both team members and AI systems, and directing the product through rapid, evidence-based cycles until the goal is reached.

You'll join a team that values substance over ceremony and impact over process documentation. Your focus will be driving results through decisions grounded in user data, accelerated feedback mechanisms, and precise understanding. If you're ready to move beyond conventional PM rituals and genuinely transform how product work gets done, we encourage you to apply. We're creating the version of product management that should have existed from the start.

What you will be doing

  • Create BrainLifts: Develop a dynamic, structured repository of expert knowledge that enhances AI capabilities, informs decision-making, and demonstrates mastery of the domain.
  • Execute Product Iterations: Ship focused, metric-driven product improvements on a weekly cadence to progressively move the product toward its target outcome.
  • Develop Domain Expertise: Cultivate comprehensive, organized knowledge within a particular domain to enable superior decision quality, more customized deliverables, and credible communication.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Dedicating an entire month to a single feature launch; our delivery model targets weekly feature releases
  • Producing comprehensive PRDs, curating backlogs, or specifying every interface detail and exception scenario
  • Designing technical implementations or system architectures

Candidate requirements

  • 4+ years serving in a product leadership capacity within a product-focused company, where you directly influenced a complete software product's strategic direction, created its roadmap, and refined it using behavioral data or client input (specifically: not merely a feature or component within a larger system, and not internal tooling, outsourced projects, or bespoke development for individual clients)
  • Experience managing products deployed in large enterprise environments, providing you with insight into how major organizations evaluate, procure, and implement software differently than individual consumers or small-to-medium businesses.
  • Technical foundation sufficient for engaging in conversations about data architecture and system design considerations. Supported by formal education in Computer Science, or at least 1 year of hands-on development/coding experience.
  • Active interest in incorporating AI into everyday workflows (such as research activities, analytical tasks, synthesis work, or strategic planning).
