What you will be doing
- Setting up materials, equipment, and learning spaces for sessions and workshops.
- Supporting academic staff in their daily activities.
- Facilitating student engagement and monitoring participation.
- Managing schedules and coordinating smooth transitions between sessions.
- Receiving mentorship from leaders transforming K-12 education.
What you will NOT be doing
- Sitting on the sidelines: You won't passively supervise or observe from a distance; you'll be actively engaged in supporting students throughout their learning experience.
- Feeling overwhelmed: You won't be required to lecture, lead instruction, or manage emotional coaching (yet); those responsibilities belong to the Guide.
- Doing work that feels meaningless: This is far from just another job. You'll contribute meaningfully to children's development and success, ensuring every hour counts.

Candidate requirements
- Available to work on-site at our Miami campus.
- Able to commit to at least 10 hours per week, with complete flexibility to select your schedule within school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time role available.
- Prior experience working with children.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor suited for working with kids.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
