As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the critical connection between marketing technology and business outcomes. You'll implement AI-driven workflows that eliminate guesswork, build reporting systems that reveal true ROI, and deliver insights that shape our growth strategy. For the right candidate, this role offers rare autonomy to design systems that directly accelerate company growth.

What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement automated marketing workflows that transform raw data into targeted, high-conversion campaigns
  • Design comprehensive analytics frameworks that connect marketing activities directly to revenue metrics and business outcomes
  • Deploy AI tools to extract actionable customer insights, enabling data-driven optimization across all marketing channels

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating marketing content or developing creative assets—we have dedicated specialists for these functions
  • Executing campaigns without clear measurement frameworks and performance validation protocols
  • Producing reports that don't translate directly to operational improvements or strategic recommendations

Key responsibilities

  • Drive measurable business growth by implementing AI-powered marketing operations that optimize campaign performance, enhance customer insights, and accelerate strategic decision-making

Candidate requirements

  • Current residence in North or South America
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing operations or marketing analytics roles
  • Demonstrated success implementing AI tools to enhance marketing performance
  • Track record of building and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation platform
