We're constructing the execution layer for AI-first marketing operations, enabling global brands to deploy high-volume, insight-driven campaigns with unprecedented speed and cultural relevance. Our approach scales output without expanding headcount, replacing tedious spreadsheet management with precision automation and intelligent decision flows.

This position requires a systems thinker, not a creative strategist. You'll harness AI tools to monitor community signals, execute flawless cross-channel content deployment, curate meaningful trend collections, and generate instantly comprehensible performance analytics. Your structured approach and execution excellence will be the foundation that propels team success.

What you will be doing

  • Deploy AI-powered community monitoring systems to capture, structure, and report online discussions, sentiment patterns, and critical interactions using our advanced toolset
  • Generate precision-engineered performance snapshot reports through AI dashboard integration and templated analytics frameworks
  • Curate and compile AI-detected cultural and industry signals into actionable trend collections that directly inform senior strategic decision-making

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating original marketing content or managing social media presence
  • Developing campaign strategy or executing deployment of marketing initiatives
  • Engaging in unstructured brainstorming sessions or conceptual brand development
  • Managing client relationships or presenting campaign pitches

Key responsibilities

Systematically harvest, structure, and deliver the critical intelligence that powers high-volume, insight-driven marketing campaigns with uncompromising precision and velocity.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing operations, digital content coordination, or social media support roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI platforms and exceptional aptitude for rapid adoption of new technological systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media ecosystem demographics across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with proven ability to optimize cross-platform content strategies
  • Advanced competency with marketing technology stack including scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics dashboards (Meta Insights, HubSpot)
