What you will be doing

<li>Community Monitoring Logs - Ongoing collection and structured reporting of online discussions, community sentiment, and flagged interactions, using preconfigured AI tools.</li>
<li>Performance Snapshot Reports - Generation of short-cycle, automated marketing performance summaries using AI dashboards and templates.</li>
<li>Trend Signal Collections - Capturing and compiling AI-surfaced cultural or industry trends to feed back into senior strategy reviews.</li>

Candidate requirements
<ul>
<li>At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital content coordination, or social media support</li>
<li>GenAI proficiency and a strong willingness to learn new platforms quickly</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social media demographics (including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), with the ability to optimize content and campaign strategies across platforms for maximum engagement and reach</li>
<li>Proficiency with marketing tools such as scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) or marketing analytics dashboards (e.g., Meta Insights, HubSpot)</li>
