This position demands a digital strategist who can translate cultural insights into actionable AI frameworks. You'll spend 70% of your time engineering creative campaigns and 30% actively shaping brand engagement by leveraging AI as your force multiplier. What you will be doing

  • Design and deploy AI-powered, multi-platform social campaigns that scale across channels with consistent brand voice and strategic timing
  • Architect community engagement systems that leverage AI to maintain continuous, meaningful interactions while preserving authentic brand personality
  • Develop feedback mechanisms that capture real-time community sentiment and automatically refine content strategy
  • Identify emerging cultural trends and rapidly translate them into actionable campaign frameworks

What you will NOT be doing

  • Manually writing individual social posts or responding to every community comment—you'll be designing systems that handle this at scale
  • Spending hours in spreadsheets analyzing performance data—our AI tools surface actionable insights automatically
  • Waiting for approvals through traditional marketing hierarchies—you'll operate with strategic autonomy
  • Managing conventional social calendars with rigid posting schedules—you'll build responsive systems that adapt to audience engagement patterns

Key responsibilities

Transform brand perception and market position by orchestrating AI-powered community systems that consistently drive measurable growth in engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience building or scaling digital communities on platforms such as Discourse, Slack, WhatsApp, Gainsight, Bevy, or Khoros
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI-enabled marketing tools including HubSpot automation, Jasper, Buffer, or equivalent platforms
  • Track record of translating cultural insights into successful engagement strategies
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to emerging platforms and technologies
