At IgniteTech, we've reimagined the marketing workflow with AI at its core—not as an add-on. You'll be orchestrating generative systems to craft multi-platform campaigns, designing intelligent community engagement frameworks that evolve organically, and fine-tuning content strategies based on real-time sentiment analysis. This isn't about chasing likes—it's about creating cultural gravity that pulls audiences into your brand's orbit consistently and powerfully.

This position transcends traditional social media management. We're not looking for someone to schedule content or sit through endless approval chains. We need a digital pulse-reader who can translate cultural insights into actionable strategy and program AI systems to execute at scale. Your time will be split between crafting innovative campaigns (70%) and strategically shaping brand presence through AI amplification (30%).

What you will be doing

  • Architect and deploy AI-driven social campaigns across multiple platforms, delivering fresh content packages on weekly or bi-weekly cycles
  • Design and implement intelligent community engagement systems using AI agents and automated workflows that adapt in real-time to ongoing conversations

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional content creation or hands-on community moderation tasks that can be automated
  • Time-consuming data compilation or report generation that diverts focus from strategic initiatives

Key responsibilities

  • Drive measurable growth in key performance indicators including social engagement metrics, brand loyalty measurements, and community satisfaction scores

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record with minimum 3 years experience in digital community development and management; must have successfully built or significantly grown at least one online community on platforms such as Discourse, Slack, WhatsApp, Gainsight, Bevy, Khoros, or similar environments
  • Practical experience utilizing AI-enhanced marketing platforms or analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot automation, Jasper, Buffer) with demonstrated results
