This position isn't for someone who wants to stick to routine tasks like scheduling posts or waiting for creative directions. It's for a strategist who can interpret the digital zeitgeist and transform it into actionable plans, seamlessly integrating it into an evolving AI ecosystem. You'll devote 70% of your efforts to crafting innovative campaigns and 30% to shaping brand interactions using AI as your primary tool for amplification.

This role is pivotal in driving tangible business outcomes—fostering growth, enhancing loyalty, and building engaging communities. What you will be doing

  • Lead AI-Driven Social Campaigns: Create and manage expansive social media content packages across multiple platforms, delivered weekly or bi-weekly.
  • Innovate Community Engagement: Implement AI agents and workflows for community management, continuously adapting to the evolving online discourse.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Writing content manually or moderating communities by hand
  • Performing data analysis and generating reports

Key responsibilities

  • Drive significant increases in social engagement, brand loyalty, and community satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing online communities, with proven success in building or expanding at least one digital community (such as Discourse, Slack, WhatsApp, Gainsight, Bevy, Khoros, etc.).
  • Proven experience with AI-powered marketing tools or analytics platforms (such as HubSpot automation, Jasper, Buffer, etc.).
