What you will be doing

  • Become the voice of our students, immersing yourself in their learning journey to uncover opportunities for transformation
  • Orchestrate AI-powered innovation by wielding the latest generative tools to accelerate product development
  • Chart the course for product success, from initial concept to market impact, with complete autonomy and ownership
  • Lead and inspire development teams to bring your visionary ideas to life with excellence
  • Stay at the cutting edge of AI and learning science, turning theoretical possibilities into practical solutions

What you will NOT be doing

  • Playing it safe behind spreadsheets and market reports - you'll be in the field, learning directly from our users
  • Getting caught in analysis paralysis - you'll embrace rapid experimentation and AI-powered decision making
  • Delegating responsibility - you'll own both the victories and the challenges of product development
  • Making minor tweaks - you'll be pushing for transformative improvements that redefine what's possible in education

Key responsibilities

Create and deliver revolutionary AI-enhanced educational products that set new standards for student achievement, engagement, and satisfaction, while continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital learning.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of battle-tested product management experience, with a track record of successful launches
  • Demonstrated mastery of AI tools and their application in product development, content creation, and process optimization
  • Expert-level ability to extract actionable insights from user research and translate them into compelling product features
  • Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Sharp analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product decisions and performance optimization
  • Superior communication abilities that enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
