Senior Product Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Revolutionize Education with AI: Are You the Product Visionary We Need?

At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just improving education—we're redefining it. Our AI-powered academic ecosystem is shattering learning barriers, and we need a Senior Product Manager who can accelerate this revolution.

This isn't a role for the faint-hearted. It's for the bold, the innovative, the hands-on builders who see AI not just as a tool, but as a co-creator. You'll be at the forefront, wielding cutting-edge AI to prototype, innovate, and deliver products that transform how students learn.

Why You'll Thrive Here:

  • Unparalleled Impact: Your work will directly shape the future of education, affecting millions of learners.
  • AI-Powered Innovation: Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools daily to bring your visions to life.
  • Autonomy with Accountability: Own your projects end-to-end, with the freedom to make decisions that matter.

If you're ready to lead the charge in AI-driven education and have the skills to back it up, we want you. This is your chance to make history in the world of learning.

What you will be doing

  • Spearhead User-Centric Innovation: Immerse yourself in the student experience, uncovering pain points and opportunities through direct engagement.
  • Wield AI for Rapid Prototyping: Harness tools like Devin and Cursor to swiftly conceptualize, test, and refine groundbreaking features.
  • Drive Product Lifecycle: Shepherd products from ideation to launch, ensuring they deliver measurable improvements in student success and satisfaction.
  • Lead High-Performance Teams: Guide outsourced development teams with precision, maintaining unwavering quality standards and clear roadmap alignment.
  • Push the Boundaries: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI and learning science, constantly seeking ways to revolutionize our educational approach.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spectating from the Sidelines: This role demands active participation and hands-on building—no armchair product managers.
  • Tweaking the Status Quo: We're after transformative leaps, not incremental adjustments. Your focus is on game-changing innovations.
  • Navigating Bureaucratic Mazes: Expect a dynamic, flat structure where your ideas can quickly become reality.
  • Relying Solely on Traditional Methods: Cookie-cutter approaches won't cut it here. You'll need to leverage AI and cutting-edge tools to stay ahead.
  • Working in Isolation: While you'll have autonomy, collaboration is key. You'll be expected to synergize with cross-functional teams to drive holistic solutions.

Key responsibilities

Spearhead the development and delivery of AI-powered educational products that demonstrably revolutionize student engagement, learning efficacy, and overall satisfaction, setting new benchmarks in the EdTech industry.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven Product Impact: Track record of delivering innovative, user-centric products that have achieved quantifiable success (e.g., exceptional user adoption rates, high satisfaction scores, or significant business metric improvements).
  • AI-Assisted Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to leverage Python with AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping and problem-solving. While direct coding experience is a plus, a strong aptitude for quickly adopting and applying technical tools is essential.
  • Generative AI Mastery: Extensive experience harnessing generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, Devin, ClickUp) for ideation, prototyping, and workflow optimization.
  • User Research Expertise: Proven ability to extract actionable insights through direct user engagement, translating raw feedback into game-changing product enhancements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging data analytics to identify trends and drive product decisions that result in measurable, significant improvements.
  • Visionary Team Leadership: History of successfully guiding development teams to execute on product vision while maintaining unwavering quality standards.
  • Elite Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity and precision, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders through exemplary written and verbal communication.
