As a regional sales leader, you will empower and support a diverse group of channel account managers, channel sales engineers, and strategic channel partners to achieve their revenue targets. We value high-quality work and strong relationships over short-term results that do not align with our long-term business strategy. This role has predictable, fixed compensation that isn’t dependent on quotas or commissions.

This is a fully remote, work-from-anywhere position that rarely requires travel.

What you will be doing

  • Regularly meet with and support our top channel partners in the region to forecast sales and align with the partner's periodic goals.
  • Prepare and track progress on strategic plans for key channel partners.
  • Co-sell with channel partners on large client transactions, articulating the business value of products.

  • Selling directly to end-customers
  • Prioritizing the number of meetings you have over the quality of your interactions 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive increased revenue through new business generated by strong, long-term relationships with distributors, resellers and MSPs

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience managing indirect sales/channel partners in the enterprise software industry for channel account manager roles
  • 7+ years of sales or account management experience and 3+ years of experience in channel sales leadership for VP of Channel Sales roles
  • Experience with B2B software sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work a schedule with at least 90% overlap with standard working hours in North America (between GMT-5:00 and GMT-8:00)?
  • University degree (BS, MS, or Ph.D.)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (an average of fewer than four trips per year)
