You will be the architect behind our brands' voices, leveraging the power of AI to craft messages that resonate, inspire, and mobilize. What you will be doing

  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Develop and implement marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse audience, ensuring that they understand and embrace our unique educational approaches.
  • Drive Engagement: Create and manage content across various platforms, telling the story of our brands in a way that captivates and engages.
  • Lead Nurturing to Enrollment: Utilize CRM tools to segment, nurture, and convert leads into active participants in our educational programs.
  • Event Mastery: Plan and execute impactful events that bring our educational philosophies to life, fostering community and enhancing brand visibility.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Working in Silos: Collaborative synergy is key; you won’t find yourself isolated but rather interconnecting with various teams and initiatives.
  • Static Marketing: Forget repetitive, unchanged campaigns. You'll constantly innovate and adapt strategies in real-time.

Key responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to drive enrollment and foster brand loyalty across multiple educational brands, leveraging your marketing expertise to make 2 Hour Learning a beacon in educational innovation.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience within B2C/D2C software, SaaS, or EdTech environments.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI and its applications in marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
  • Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for leveraging data to drive decisions.
