• Develop and maintain buy-in with key account stakeholders and project leads through business reviews, events, and user groups

• Achieve 90% account retention and 15% annual growth in per-account revenue, and grow retained accounts to $1M+ ARR within 3 years
• Document successful actions taken to meet retention and revenue targets

• 5 years of software sales experience, preferably meeting a $1M or higher quota
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven relationship-building skills

Your focus in this role is on two things: building long-term relationships with customers and connecting their needs to our suite of products. You aren’t going to close a deal and move on. Instead, you’ll learn about your customers’ business strategy and focus on delivering solutions.

Your biggest challenge will be building knowledge of our products and our customers’ needs simultaneously. You need to be comfortable selling products without deep technical knowledge of each feature. You must also be able to execute a structured plan and follow a playbook.
