Everyone knows productivity thrived when you and your co-workers were huddled together at the oatmeal-colored conference table.
Thank goodness the nightmare is over!
Or…wait. That doesn’t feel right.

There has been a mega-surge of media trying to convince people that RTO is what everyone has wanted all along. And wow – we’re feeling more than a little confused right now.
Big bosses are leaning into this narrative to get unwilling employees back to the office.
🙏 They tried asking nicely
😒 They tried bribery
And now, it’s starting to read like a toxic relationship where the only way for one partner to get what they want, is to blatantly gaslight the other.
“I wanted to go somewhere LESS flexible…” said Jessica, a definitely real human Gen Z-er who – according to reports – suffers without the magic of the office in her life.
These stories are everywhere. Someone crack a window.
🙃 We know the office is terrible for productivity, and that people DON’T want to be there!
So, why are companies obsessed with perpetrating this total myth?
Surely where someone works isn’t as important as the value they create.
It’s episode 44 and I’m exposing the reasons why CEO’s and corporations won’t let go of their RTO policies. Even though there is an impossible amount of evidence that proves that the ‘magical office’ is nothing more than a myth.
🐉 Like the Loch Ness Monster. Or jobs that promise you unlimited time off.
It’s a battle of wills between the truth and a pack of horrendous lies that are harming everyone – and I wont stop until they realize that the office is NEVER going to suddenly be a magical place.
