  • Making high-quality renewal calls that ensure customers understand how our products solve their problems and are receiving all the benefits that each product provides
  • Acting as strategic advisor through the renewals process to assist customers maximize the return on their investment in our software products
  • Relationship-building. Customers don't care about grabbing a beer with you, they care about how well you know your products.
  • Wasting time on meaningless activities that come with many sales jobs: negotiating prices, project management, or time tracking.

  • Candidate Requirements
  • At least 5 years of total sales experience
  • At least 2 years software sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Also, traditional Sales roles value your work only if you meet a certain quota. Here, you will receive a paycheck that compensates for 100% of your work every week--not 50% with the promise of a bonus that may or may not come. We prioritize high-quality sales work over anything else and use data-driven metrics to define clear targets. No more sweating to meet quarterly deadlines that ignore whether you’ve delivered high-quality work. Each week, you will know how many calls you’ve completed, how much time you’ve spent with customers, and how well you’ve communicated product value based on explicit quality standards. And you will receive specific feedback on areas of improvement. 

The ideal candidate is excited to learn about new technologies and wants to become the best salesperson possible. They can work with multiple products, demonstrate different technologies, and always want to grow their skills. We skip the bureaucratic nonsense and have a culture of transparent and clear feedback. If you are detail-oriented and can follow standardized processes, you will thrive here. 

While there are no education requirements, the ideal candidate has worked in Sales for at least 5 years, and 2 years specifically in software sales. Communication is the core of these roles, so we expect your English communication skills to be top-notch.

The main challenge is to lead engaging, high-quality calls with our customers and demonstrate a deep grasp of product knowledge. We have an expanding portfolio of strong software products that offer unique benefits to customers. You will need to build knowledge in different products and drive compelling product demonstrations.
