What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years in product management roles, including leadership of end-to-end development cycles
• Strong technical background (engineering, CS, or equivalent experience)
• Comfort with architecture discussions, APIs, ML models, and data flows
• Experience leading AI-first or AI-integrated products
• Fluency in user research, business KPIs, and growth strategies
• High output, clear communication, and ownership from day one
• Ability to pass a CCAT and product-focused skill assessments
