Traditional Sales roles restrict your skills by making you an expert in a single product and nothing else. These roles will develop your transferable sales skills and expose you to our growing portfolio of 100+ enterprise software products. Starting with onboarding, you will receive training in our products and the software space. The opportunity to grow and learn about new technologies is infinite in these roles. Also, traditional Sales roles value your work only if you meet a certain quota. Here, you will receive a paycheck that compensates for 100% of your work every week--not 50% with the promise of a bonus that may or may not come. We prioritize high-quality sales work over anything else and use data-driven metrics to define clear targets. While there are no education requirements, the ideal candidate has worked in Sales for at least 5 years, and 2 years specifically in software sales. Communication is the core of these roles, so we expect your English communication skills to be top-notch.
