Has your CEO been acting a bit off lately?

Tech bosses everywhere are cancelling full-time remote work. After promising their people that the dreaded return-to-office wouldn’t happen.

So much for progress! It’s so sudden that they’re blindsiding remote workers and their families…not even the family dog is safe.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence.

In fact, there’s something flat-out hysterical going on in tech.

It’s resulted in CEO’s leaning into tyrannical tendencies, toxic work cultures and mood swings so vigorous – they could power an office block from the resulting kinetic energy.

None of this is great news for your mental health. Or your new home 350 miles from the office.

It’s episode 36 and this week I explore an insidious blight in tech called hybrid hysteria. It’s impacting many of us right now.

CEOs are so threatened by remote work. Instead of coming to terms with this change, they’re blowing like hurricanes through your new normal.
