What You’ll Actually Work On

• Owning campaigns end-to-end - from strategy and execution to testing and optimization
• Aligning messaging across marketing, product, sales, and customer success
• Writing high-converting content across digital channels (email, landing pages, product UI, social, etc.)
• Using generative AI tools to build automations, scale personalization, and enhance performance
• Improving marketing systems and building repeatable playbooks - not just cranking out assets
• Tracking output and continuously improving how you work using WorkSmart insights

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years leading a team in a B2B software or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to run high-performing campaigns with clear business impact - not just deliverables
• Strong writing and communication skills across web, product, and internal channels
• Advanced AI fluency - you’ve built workflows, automated tasks, tested tools, and created GPTs
• Familiarity with CRMs, CMS tools, analytics dashboards, and multichannel campaign ops
• The ability to pass a CCAT & skills-based assessment aligned to the role
• High personal standards, strong ownership, and the ability to manage outcomes independently using WorkSmart
• A bias for action, and the judgment to know when to double down or pivot fast
