You will be part of Trilogy’s finance function, which today runs over 100 acquired software companies and continues to grow. We don’t run each company separately. Instead, we create a standard best practice for each task and process with a single, 100% remote team. That makes this job dramatically different. You will learn more in 1 month here than in a year working anywhere else.
Most companies consider being global and 100% remote a liability and are currently suffering through a transition forced on them by the pandemic. We’re different. You don’t need to be an asynchronous work expert. You simply need to be hard-working, hands-on, and have solid accounting and finance fundamentals (US GAAP or IFRS), and we will teach you the rest. Crossover acquires a new software or IT services company every week. You will play a significant role in the acquisition of some of these organizations and will be expected to lead the transformation of an acquired company in your field of financial expertise, within a 90-day time frame.
One of our key challenges is simplifying, standardizing and automating our finance processes. You will have to take immediate ownership, establish metrics and structure improvement goals to streamline the processes assigned to you, achieving industry excellence in performance and business value delivered.
We also expect you to be an expert at setting stretch goals and to drive metrics-based weekly productivity improvements in a 100% remote working environment. You will continuously improve the quality of your team output in a centralized structure; hiring, coaching and managing up to 100+ individual contributors. You will leverage your financial expertise, knowledge, and judgment to set a personal standard for excellence.
It is critical that you are an experienced professional with excellent English communication skills, and can effectively manage senior relationships.

Cash gets forecast, then goes missing in action. Across B2B, 20–30% of invoices slip past the due date every quarter, with “processing delays,” portal snags, and vague disputes piling into aging buckets. Finance teams scramble to explain variance while cash sits in limbo. The industry response is typically more oversight and more emails—yet DSO still drifts, and quarter-end becomes a ritual of excuses.
Trilogy is taking a different path: treat collections like a precision sport. Every day starts with a quantified action plan aligned to the forecast. We deploy AI to rank accounts by cash impact and feasibility, then attack root causes until the money lands in our bank account. Disputes aren’t “tracked,” they’re resolved with evidence, acceptance, and a documented payment date. The goal is simple: you turn predicted cash into banked cash on the exact day we said it would arrive, and the entire company runs faster because of it.
In this role, you will craft and deliver a daily collection plan with zero misses, close payment delays before they age into problems, dismantle disputes with documentation that stands up to audit, and clean the aging bucket until only true exceptions remain. If your instincts are to escalate precisely, diagnose the real blocker, get a customer’s written acceptance, and lock a commitment date, you’ll feel at home here. If you’d rather observe from a dashboard and wait for month-end, you won’t.
You’ll sit at the center of the cash engine alongside forecasting and revenue ops: they model and signal risk; you resolve it and book the win. Your tools include AI-driven prioritization, crisp customer comms, and an intolerance for stale aged items. If you’re ready to turn quarter-end from a cliff into a runway, step in and apply!
