What you will be doing
  • Conducting Customer Interviews: Understanding and rationalizing customers’ business requirements for service implementation
  • Translating Customer Requirements: Making complex customer requirements simple and actionable for our implementation technicians
What you will NOT be doing
  • Assisting customers with technical issues
  • Renegotiating terms of engagement
Key Responsibilities
  • Simplify and rationalize complex business requirements for the implementation team
Candidate Requirements
  • University degree in a business-related field OR at least 2 years of business experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work 100% remotely


$100k/year ($50/hour)
