Key responsibilities

  • Ensure every IgniteTech product and user interaction is intelligently designed, tested, and optimized at scale
  • Elevate conversion, usability, and brand experience across the company’s digital ecosystem through AI-driven, data-validated design leadership

Description

Are you a senior product designer who treats AI like a co-designer? Do you turn messy user needs and hard business goals into intelligent, testable experiences that ship faster and perform better? If your portfolio shows design systems, interactive prototypes, and outcomes tied to KPIs, you’re the person we want.

IgniteTech is building products at the frontier of human–AI collaboration. Instead of guessing and polishing after launch, we simulate and optimize before a single ticket hits engineering. We use tools like Figma AI, Galileo, and Uizard to drive ideation, generate variants, cluster behaviors, forecast drop-offs, and score usability so we can outlearn competitors at speed. The result is faster iteration, tighter feedback loops, and a brand experience that gets sharper with every interaction.

This job is end-to-end experience architecture, research synthesis, system design, and continuous experimentation. You’ll architect adaptive flows and interactive prototypes, train and apply AI models to predict behavior, and pressure-test your ideas with data before anyone writes code. You’ll run real experiments—A/B, multivariate, and AI-predicted variants—and read the tea leaves with analytics and qualitative feedback to make changes that move conversion, retention, and satisfaction. You’ll evolve a cross-platform UI system with clear logic, accessibility built in, documentation developers can rely on, and governance that keeps experiences cohesive as we scale.

You’ll sit at the center of product, data, and engineering, owning outcomes. Expect to translate strategy into prototypes, synthesize research into hypotheses, enforce system standards, mentor designers on AI-augmented workflows, and partner with PMs and analysts to tie every decision to business impact. If you want to define how AI reshapes the craft, then let's build the next generation of intelligent product experiences together.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience designing end-to-end digital experiences across multiple products or platforms
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools (including Galileo, Uizard, and Figma AI)
  • Experiencing conducting UX research and analytics to drive design decisions
  • Experience leading other UI/UX designers and standardizing the work
  • Experience working with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, Section 508) and using accessibility evaluation tools
