Candidate requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental capacity.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • On-site availability in one of these hubs: Sacramento (Folsom, CA); Orange County (Lake Forest, CA); Washington DC Metro (Chantilly, VA); Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
