Description

Imagine creating visual stories that don't just look stunning—they spark a revolution in how children learn. While most designers juggle endless revisions and cookie-cutter campaigns, you'll craft marketing assets that challenge the very foundation of traditional education and help families discover a groundbreaking learning model where students master academics in just two hours a day.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're not tweaking the edges of education—we're completely reimagining it. Our AI-powered mastery learning approach has produced extraordinary results: students consistently score in the top 1-2% on standardized tests while learning 2x faster than traditional school peers, all while absolutely loving school. Your designs will bridge revolutionary educational outcomes and the families who need to discover this transformative approach.

This role offers unparalleled creative freedom and purpose. Unlike typical design positions constrained by rigid guidelines and narrow scopes, you'll own the complete visual narrative across all marketing channels. You'll collaborate directly with our digital marketing team to conceptualize campaigns, then bring those ideas to life through compelling assets spanning email, social media, landing pages, video graphics, and print. Your work will directly drive the metrics that matter—clicks, conversions, signups, and awareness—while maintaining brand consistency that elevates our revolutionary message. If you're ready to shape the visual future of education and help families discover transformative learning, apply now.

What you will be doing

  • Creating compelling brand-aligned campaign visuals for ads, emails, social media posts, and landing pages using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-driven design tools.
  • Collaborating with marketing and content teams to ideate, develop, and shape visual direction from brief to final delivery.
  • Create cohesive design systems that maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to stand out in the crowded education market.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Follow rigid constraints that hinder your strategic input and innovation.
  • Designing in isolation for aesthetics without understanding campaign goals, audience psychology, or performance metrics.
  • Working on repetitive tasks or designs with limited creative initiative.

Key responsibilities

Craft visually stunning, brand-consistent marketing collateral that significantly boosts learner engagement and optimizes campaign performance, directly contributing to the educational impact of 2 Hour Learning.

Candidate requirements

  • Experience designing diverse marketing assets (digital/print), showcased in a portfolio of brand-aligned, multi-format projects (including video).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools like Canva and Figma.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear collaboration, design articulation, and effective feedback integration.
  • Basic familiarity with AI design tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) or strong eagerness to learn and experiment with emerging creative technologies
  • Availability to work during US business hours
