How will my productivity be monitored?

For the most part, your productivity will be monitored based on your performance and output.

But, you'd be surprised how much fraud occurs when hiring across international lines. We've seen everything from people moonlighting multiple full-time jobs, to outsourcing their work to a third party!

So as a preventative measure, most of our clients use a program called 'WorkSmart' to log hours and calculate pay. Each 10-minute timecard stores some basic data to indicate focus e.g. active window, number of mouse clicks, and in some cases a screenshots or a webcam selfie. Contractors can pause whenever they need to do a non-work activity, and have full access to review their own timecards (and remove them if necessary).

It's a lot less scary than it sounds: people who are simply doing their job have nothing to worry about.
