What you will be doing

Your mission will encompass three core pillars of excellence:

  • Architect Partner Success: Scout, evaluate, and integrate new partners into our ecosystem, ensuring perfect alignment with our vision and capabilities
  • Empower Through Knowledge: Design and deliver state-of-the-art training programs that transform partners into product champions and sales virtuosos
  • Drive Performance Excellence: Leverage data analytics and AI tools to monitor, measure, and maximize partner performance through strategic optimization

What you will NOT be doing

  • No direct end-user sales – your focus is purely on empowering our partner network
  • No superficial relationship building – we value depth over breadth in partner engagement
  • No unpredictable compensation or excessive travel – we believe in sustainable work-life balance

Key responsibilities

  • Champion revenue growth through AI-powered channel partner management, focusing on strategic optimization of our distributor, reseller, and MSP networks

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated mastery of generative AI tools, including workflow automation and custom GPT development (Note: Basic LLM usage for content creation is not sufficient)
  • Minimum 1 year of proven channel sales experience in software industry (Note: Direct sales experience is not applicable)
