At 2 Hour Learning, we've revolutionized education by creating a model where students achieve twice the learning in just two hours daily. Our breakthrough approach combines AI tutoring, mastery-based advancement, and a complete reimagining of traditional classroom dynamics. Now we're seeking an exceptional leader to harmonize implementation across diverse educational environments, elevate academic leadership standards, and become the compelling voice of our learning science revolution.

This role demands more than theoretical knowledge—it requires proven leadership that transforms scientific principles into educational excellence. You'll drive academic strategy, establish clear benchmarks, identify performance gaps, and mentor elite teams toward exceptional student outcomes. Your mission: convert cutting-edge learning science into operational excellence and champion our model to the world.

What you will be doing

  • Developing comprehensive academic frameworks that bridge learning science theory with practical applications for curriculum design, student motivation systems, and educational technology.
  • Conducting rigorous academic performance reviews with Heads of Academics, ensuring alignment, accountability, and results across all school teams.
  • Transforming multiple data streams—quantitative metrics, qualitative interviews, and direct observation—into actionable academic ecosystem analyses that identify critical barriers to accelerated learning.
  • Orchestrating strategic alignment through sophisticated planning, feedback mechanisms, and milestone tracking to maintain laser focus on student achievement goals.
  • Serving as 2 Hour Learning's premier ambassador on global stages—from industry keynotes to high-level government consultations—catalyzing fundamental shifts in educational thinking worldwide.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Pursuing isolated curriculum experiments disconnected from our comprehensive system transformation.
  • Creating theoretical research without direct application to measurable student outcomes or operational excellence.
  • Offloading performance responsibility to intermediate managers or external consultants.
  • Using institutional reputation or academic theory alone to convince critical stakeholders of our model's effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

Champion and expand 2 Hour Learning's breakthrough academic model by harmonizing implementation across diverse school environments, establishing best-in-class leadership standards, and becoming the authoritative public voice of an educational movement founded on scientific rigor and demonstrable outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced academic credentials (Master's or Doctorate) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related educational discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in academic or EdTech organizations with demonstrated exceptional learning outcomes
  • Substantial experience implementing AI or technology solutions to enhance and accelerate learning processes
  • Established thought leadership portfolio including media appearances, conference keynotes, publications, or advisory roles
  • Exceptional talent management capabilities with demonstrated ability to uphold rigorous standards among high-performing peers
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis for identifying learning challenges and prescribing targeted interventions
  • Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness when engaging directly with educational stakeholders across all levels

Nice to have

  • Founder or executive leadership experience with an innovative educational model, experimental school program, or high-impact EdTech venture
  • Proven ability to navigate complex cultural, political, or international educational environments
