We are seeking Technical Team Leads to oversee delivery and quality across our application-level products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers who develop educational applications serving thousands of students.

This position balances two responsibilities equally: 50% direct technical contribution on sophisticated features, 50% mentorship and team enablement. You define quality expectations, create architectural patterns, conduct code reviews with an instructional lens, and foster engineer development. Team results are your responsibility, extending beyond personal output.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal process overhead. Technical leadership is your domain; people management falls to another function.
