This is a front-line revenue retention role for professionals who excel at strategic negotiation. You'll directly engage C-suite decision-makers, overcome complex objections, and secure multi-million-dollar renewals. The position demands execution excellence, not management oversight or administrative busywork.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct strategic negotiations with senior executives at enterprise accounts to secure high-value renewals
  • Develop and refine AI-powered renewals playbooks that systematize retention strategies
  • Analyze customer value realization and leverage insights to strengthen renewal positions
  • Execute precision-targeted stakeholder engagement to secure multi-million dollar commitments

What you will NOT be doing

  • Pursuing new logo acquisition or prospecting for new business
  • Processing high-volume, low-value renewal transactions
  • Managing teams or spending time in unnecessary internal meetings
  • Working with unpredictable commission structures or arbitrary sales quotas

Key responsibilities

Drive enterprise revenue retention by owning the complete renewals lifecycle for high-value accounts ($1M+ ARR), serving as the strategic point of contact between Trilogy and key decision-makers to ensure consistent revenue preservation.

Candidate requirements

  • North or South America-based with ability to engage clients across time zones
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in enterprise account management, renewal sales, or customer success roles with specific focus on B2B software revenue retention
  • Demonstrated success managing and renewing enterprise accounts with $1M+ ARR
  • Forward-thinking approach to AI integration, with ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and transform business processes
  • Proficient with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision making
