Description

Are you a Full-Stack Engineer energized by tackling intricate challenges and shipping features that matter? Join us to develop cutting-edge AI-driven products that reshape how individuals learn and develop. Your focus will be on delivering excellence, ensuring our platforms remain scalable, maintainable, and meaningful.

You'll contribute to products revolutionizing education:

  • TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok-style learning platform.
  • TeachTales: Captivates students through personalized, enchanting narratives that enhance comprehension.
  • TimeBack: Functions as a learning companion integrated with existing applications, offering proactive student coaching.
  • Athena: Employs AI-generated videos and assessments to produce measurable educational results.

This position centers on generating tangible impact via functional software. You'll leverage AI tooling and cloud-native infrastructure to construct full-stack solutions addressing substantive challenges, not merely completing tasks. You'll ship rapidly while maintaining quality, selecting the simplest viable approach that harmonizes immediate velocity with sustained maintainability.

If you're prepared to navigate complex technical obstacles and deliver features with real impact, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and Deploy Full-Stack Capabilities: Drive user stories from concept to delivery; clarify specifications, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct thorough testing, and release to production
  • Identify and Resolve Bugs: Diagnose issues via root cause investigation, address underlying problems (not merely surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing strategies
  • Elevate Code Standards: Assess plans and pull requests to verify clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at its source

What you will NOT be doing

  • Crafting pixel-perfect interfaces or elaborate backend architectures simply for complexity's sake
  • Executing specifications without grasping the underlying problem
  • Spending time in protracted meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating with others
  • Merely delivering features; you'll own the responsibility for solving genuine problems

Key responsibilities

  • Applying AI to create software that addresses authentic user needs, delivers quickly, and remains maintainable over time

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
  • Strong ownership mindset: Proven track record of owning entire modules, product capabilities, or teams, beyond isolated task contributions
  • Self-directed execution: Capacity to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward in uncertain conditions
  • Practical experience incorporating generative A.I. into your daily development workflow
