We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer who excels at tackling complex problems and shipping high-impact features. In this role, you will develop innovative AI-powered products that reshape how people learn and advance. Your work will emphasize high-quality execution to ensure our products remain scalable, maintainable, and meaningful.

The products you'll contribute to are redefining education:

  • TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok-style learning platform.
  • TeachTales: Delivers personalized, enchanting storytelling experiences that enhance student comprehension.
  • TimeBack: Functions as a learning copilot, integrating seamlessly with existing applications to coach students proactively.
  • Athena: Employs AI-generated videos and assessments to produce measurable academic results.

This position centers on generating real-world value through functional software. You will leverage AI tools and cloud-native infrastructure to construct full-stack systems that address meaningful challenges, not merely complete tasks. You are expected to deliver quickly while maintaining standards, selecting the simplest correct approach that harmonizes immediate velocity with long-term sustainability.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and Deploy Full-Stack Features: Transform user stories from concept to production; clarify requirements, architect scalable solutions, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct thorough testing, and release to live environments
  • Identify and Resolve Bugs: Perform root cause analysis on issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent regressions through intelligent testing strategies
  • Elevate Code Quality Standards: Review technical plans and pull requests to uphold clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt from accumulating

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backend systems purely for complexity's sake
  • Implementing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem
  • Spending time in prolonged meetings about roadmaps and priorities or coordinating with stakeholders constantly
  • Simply delivering features; your accountability extends to solving genuine problems

Key responsibilities

  • Applying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, ships rapidly, and remains maintainable over the long term

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience writing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
  • Strong ownership: Proven track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond just isolated task contributions
  • Independent execution: Capacity to self-unblock, manage your own pace, and navigate forward in uncertain environments
  • Experience integrating generative A.I. into your daily development workflow
