Now we are scaling our virtual program to ensure families can achieve GT-level acceleration from anywhere. This role exists to build a virtual school experience that is rigorous, trusted, and measurably superior.
You will own the full operating system of the virtual program. That includes student experience design, advisor performance management, cohort interventions, and parent trust. There is no mature playbook waiting for you. You will run diagnostics, make fast adjustments, step into live programming when needed, and design the structures that make 3× learning outcomes repeatable.
This is a builder role for someone who wants a scoreboard. Retention, acceleration, parent confidence, and visible student wins are the metrics. If you want autonomy, complexity, and clear accountability, this is your mandate.
