Your job is to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families and ensure their first weeks start clean, confident, and engaged.
This is not a narrow, scripted SDR lane. You will own the full conversion path from consultative discovery to close to early activation. You will also help build the playbooks the team uses, including AI-enabled workflows that improve quality and speed without turning messages into generic noise.
