You will collaborate directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication skills, and competence necessary for success beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theory. You are here to coach practical execution. You will establish rigorous expectations, maintain accountability, and drive students to produce work that holds up in professional contexts.
This position suits individuals who have accomplished something significant outside academic settings—built a product, cultivated an audience, operated within a startup, or delivered results in high-velocity environments—and wish to leverage that experience developing the next generation.
