Your role: create and execute workshops that generate concrete improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for students in early elementary grades.
This position focuses on data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading intervention model designed to serve thousands of learners—not administrative busywork.

What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
- Creating individualized motivational strategies leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Examining student performance data to adjust teaching methods and extract meaningful insights
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported materials that support early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading competency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced reading instruction certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable program)
- 2+ years facilitating small-group reading interventions for early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated lessons independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student behavioral trends
- Authorized to work legally in Puerto Rico without requiring sponsorship
- Ready to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
