Your role: create and execute workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for students in early elementary grades.

What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
- Creating personalized motivational sessions incorporating gamified literacy benchmarks
- Examining student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable insights
- Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms using classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and attentive to student behavior patterns
- Authorized to work legally in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Ready to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
