Success in this role depends on your ability to establish trust with parents within the opening moments of a call. This position suits individuals who find energy in outreach activities, maintain discipline in follow-up, and can articulate a non-traditional learning model without depending on scripted language. If phone-based communication isn't your strength or you prefer work without measurable performance indicators, this opportunity will not align with your preferences.
Novatio School operates as a virtual, tuition-free public charter school with a distinctive educational framework. Students engage with core academic content during concentrated time blocks powered by AI-supported systems, then dedicate remaining hours to real-world skill development through projects and enrichment activities. You will serve as the initial substantive contact point for families considering this educational alternative.
Your weekly responsibilities include rapid response to incoming inquiries, shepherding families through admissions procedures, and advancing them from curiosity to confirmed enrollment. You will also serve as Novatio School's representative at community events to cultivate new prospects and expand local awareness. During quieter enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while maintaining readiness for subsequent intake cycles.
If you seek a position where your communication skills, reliability, and accountability directly shape student enrollment outcomes, we encourage your application.
Transform initial family interest into qualified, well-informed applicants who successfully complete enrollment at Novatio School.
