Description

Traditional channel sales is broken. Most partner managers spend their time propping up weak performers or maintaining legacy relationships that never scale. At the same time, Generative AI is fundamentally changing product distribution and channel development—yet most organizations still rely on manual prospecting and outdated methods to identify resellers.

GFI takes a different approach. We leverage AI to discover, evaluate, and onboard a new generation of resellers: partners who understand market shifts and are ready to act immediately. We identify strong-fit candidates, accelerate their onboarding, and equip them with AI-driven sales assets that produce results from the start. In this position, you won't be managing a pipeline of aging accounts. You'll be building a performance-driven revenue system.

This is not a role about processing inbound inquiries, maintaining established relationships, or executing someone else's playbook. You'll use AI to surface high-value partner prospects, create streamlined onboarding programs that deliver results, and activate new resellers who contribute revenue in a matter of weeks. If you have a proactive, results-focused mindset and already apply AI tools to gain competitive advantage, this role will suit you. If your preference is to "maintain partnerships" and participate in routine business reviews, this opportunity is not a fit.

What you will be doing

  • Develop prioritized lists of prospective resellers, ranked by revenue potential using data derived from AI-driven analysis
  • Design customized onboarding programs that prepare resellers to effectively sell our AI solutions with speed and confidence
  • Convert newly onboarded partners into productive sellers who deliver closed business and remain active within our AI-powered channel

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by sourcing, onboarding, and activating high-potential resellers who are motivated to capitalize on cutting-edge AI solutions

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in generative AI (i.e., working experience with multiple AI platforms, demonstrated ability to automate workflows and build custom GPTs); if your AI use is limited to research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, it will not meet this requirement
  • A minimum of 2 years in channel sales, with direct experience sourcing and onboarding new partners (not solely managing pre-existing accounts)
