Description

Traditional channel sales approaches have lost their edge. Many partner managers spend their time supporting low-performing accounts or maintaining legacy relationships with no growth trajectory. At the same time, Generative AI is fundamentally changing product distribution and channel strategy, yet most organizations continue relying on manual research and outdated methods to identify reseller partners.

GFI operates under a different model. We leverage AI to discover, evaluate, and onboard a new generation of resellers: partners who recognize emerging market opportunities and are prepared to act immediately. We identify qualified partners, accelerate their onboarding process, and equip them with AI-generated sales assets that drive results from the start. In this position, you won't simply execute a predefined channel strategy. You'll design and operate a revenue-generating system built for performance.

This position does not involve managing inbound inquiries, maintaining stable accounts, or executing conventional channel programs. You'll apply AI to pinpoint partners with strong revenue potential, create streamlined onboarding processes that deliver results, and activate new accounts that contribute revenue in a matter of weeks. If you bring a proactive acquisition mindset and already use AI tools to gain competitive advantage, this role will align with your strengths. If your preference is relationship maintenance and scheduled business reviews, this opportunity will not be a good match.

What you will be doing

  • Develop prioritized reseller prospect lists based on revenue probability, informed by AI-driven analysis and intelligence
  • Design customized onboarding pathways that prepare resellers to effectively sell our AI products with speed and confidence
  • Convert onboarded partners into productive sellers who consistently close business and remain active within our AI-powered channel ecosystem

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by sourcing, onboarding, and activating high-potential resellers motivated to capitalize on advanced AI solution opportunities

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in generative AI (including use of multiple AI platforms, workflow automation capabilities, and custom GPT development); candidates whose AI use is limited to research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation will not meet this requirement
  • Minimum of 2 years in channel sales, with specific experience sourcing and onboarding new partners (experience limited to managing established accounts does not qualify)
