Description

Traditional channel sales strategies have stalled. Most partner managers spend their time maintaining underperforming accounts or servicing legacy relationships that lack growth potential. At the same time, Generative AI is fundamentally altering product distribution and partner ecosystem development, yet many organizations remain reliant on manual processes and intuition for reseller discovery.

GFI operates under a different model. We leverage AI to identify, assess, and onboard a forward-thinking class of resellers—those who recognize emerging market opportunities and are prepared to act immediately. We match with partners who align strategically, accelerate their integration, and equip them with AI-generated sales collateral designed to convert from the outset. In this position, you won't function as a middleman in a traditional channel hierarchy. You'll engineer a revenue generation system built for high throughput.

This position does not involve waiting for partner inquiries, maintaining established accounts, or executing from outdated frameworks. You'll apply AI to surface high-value partner prospects, construct accelerated onboarding pathways that deliver results, and launch new accounts that produce revenue in a matter of weeks. If you operate with a prospecting mentality and already use AI technology to gain competitive advantage, this environment will suit you. If your priority is relationship stewardship and attending periodic strategy meetings, this role is not a match.

What you will be doing

  • Develop prioritized rosters of prospective resellers, segmented by revenue probability using data derived from AI platforms
  • Design customized onboarding workflows that enable resellers to market our AI products effectively and with confidence
  • Convert recently onboarded partners into revenue-producing sellers who complete transactions and remain active within our AI-enabled channel

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by sourcing, onboarding, and activating high-caliber resellers motivated to capitalize on next-generation AI solutions

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with generative AI (i.e., active use of multiple AI platforms, workflow automation capability, and custom GPT development); if your AI experience is limited to research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation, it will not meet the bar
  • A minimum of 2 years in channel sales, with direct experience sourcing and onboarding new partners (not solely managing pre-existing relationships)
