Description

Traditional channel sales models are breaking down. The majority of partner managers spend their time maintaining underperforming accounts or servicing legacy relationships that lack growth potential. At the same time, Generative AI is fundamentally transforming product distribution and partnership ecosystems, yet many organizations continue to rely on manual processes and intuition to identify resellers.

GFI operates under a different framework. We leverage AI to discover, assess, and onboard a new category of reseller: partners who recognize emerging market shifts and are prepared to act immediately. We connect with partners who align with our strategy, accelerate their onboarding, and equip them with AI-generated sales assets designed to convert from the outset. In this position, you will not be a passive participant in a traditional channel structure. You will design and operate a results-driven revenue system.

This position does not involve waiting for partner inquiries, maintaining established accounts, or executing outdated strategies. You will use AI to pinpoint high-value partner opportunities, develop rapid onboarding frameworks that drive conversion, and enable new accounts to produce revenue in a matter of weeks. If you operate with a proactive acquisition mindset and already apply AI tools to gain competitive advantage, this role will suit you. If your preference is to "nurture relationships" and participate in scheduled business reviews, this is not the right opportunity.

What you will be doing

  • Develop prioritized prospect lists of potential resellers, organized by revenue likelihood using data extracted from AI-powered tools
  • Design customized onboarding programs that enable resellers to become proficient in selling our AI solutions rapidly and with confidence
  • Convert newly onboarded partners into productive sellers who consistently close transactions and remain engaged within our AI-enabled ecosystem

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by sourcing, onboarding, and activating high-potential resellers motivated to capitalize on advanced AI solutions at the forefront of the market

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with generative AI (including use of multiple AI platforms, workflow automation capabilities, and custom GPT development); experience limited to using LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation will not meet this requirement
  • A minimum of 2 years of channel sales experience, with a specific focus on sourcing and onboarding new partners (not solely managing pre-existing accounts)
