You'll work 80–100 hours per week alongside top-tier peers, using the latest AI tools—LangChain, Claude, GPT-4, Cursor, and more—to ship real products that solve real problems. You'll live and work in Austin, TX (expenses paid), surrounded by founders, engineers, and mentors who expect—and give—everything.

What you will be doing
- Building real-world products daily using AI-first frameworks across web and mobile platforms
- Embedding agents, RAG systems, and open-source models into enterprise-grade apps
- Contributing to open-source, collaborating with hiring partners, and shipping MVPs under pressure
- Defending your portfolio in rigorous technical interviews and launching your final product on Demo Day
- Leveling up constantly through extreme feedback, real users, and bleeding-edge tech drops
What you will NOT be doing
- Sitting through lectures or passively watching tutorials—this is learn-by-doing, not learn-by-watching
- Copy-pasting boilerplate projects with zero user impact
- Navigating bureaucracy, office politics, or slow decision cycles
- Paying tuition, taking on debt, or grinding through side gigs to upskill
- Coding without AI—every project here is AI-augmented, by design

Candidate requirements
- Solid technical foundation in coding (verified through assessment), with the drive to rapidly upskill
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience recommended

- Committed to relocating to Austin, TX, by November 1st 2025 (housing and all expenses covered)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
