How much do you learn at work every day?

This week I travelled to India to meet a man who embodies this learning instinct and has grown to become a driving force for remote companies all over the world.

He has been mentored and has mentored others in return. With an undergraduate degree in physics and a master’s degree in computer science, he was the perfect person to help usher in the age of remote work in the global technology space.

It’s a path he chose for himself.

Rahul Subramaniam built his career as a remote leader on ultra-fast learning and collaboration with the smartest people in the world.

I caught up with him in Chennai, India for an inspiring chat about how he came to be the CEO of multiple global remote work companies. It all started when a student of his thought he’d find the tests an interesting challenge.
