The Qualification Process

The Qualification Process


Our testing and hiring process is rigorous.

We test each applicant extensively to ensure that elite talent rises to the top and that we hire only the best of the best.

Testing is conducted via weekly online hiring events for every open position at Crossover. An online hiring event is a 3-5 hour recruiting webinar that includes a presentation about Crossover, a keynote speech from one of the hiring managers, a live Q&A session, and comprehensive pre-hire testing.

These are scheduled on Saturdays so as not to conflict with your current employment.

The online methodology enables you to participate from home and you are required to complete each of the 5 testing steps chronologically and over the same weekend.

All completed tests from the online event are graded during the following week and top performing candidates are progressed to the next stage of the hiring process; the Marketplace.

The Marketplace is where Hiring Managers can review and handpick potential candidates who have passed the screening process and request an online interview. You are not guaranteed to get an interview request if you are in the Marketplace. If you do get an interview and your interview is successful you may be made an offer for the role.

For certain roles, Marketplace candidates are selected and invited to attend a paid 30-day Bootcamp. The goal of the program is to have top candidates aligned to the Crossover culture, fully trained, and ready to start work. Once the training program is complete, Bootcamp graduates are activated in the Marketplace and available for hiring manager interviews.
