What you will be doing

  • Elevate Guide Performance - Deliver personalized, actionable coaching to your team of Alpha Guides, dramatically improving their effectiveness and directly enhancing student achievement metrics.
  • Develop Elite Training Systems - Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices, innovative facilitation techniques, and strategic approaches to learning challenges.
  • Transform Reluctant Learners - Lead a select cohort of students, applying your expertise to convert hesitation into hunger for achievement and excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating Basic Curriculum - Your mission transcends routine lesson planning. While Guides facilitate learning through adaptive technologies, you'll be elevating their capabilities, teaching them to design high-impact enrichment activities, and instilling the energy that transforms ordinary sessions into extraordinary experiences.
  • Compromising Excellence - Standards exist for a reason. Whether enforcing our 100% mastery requirement or facilitating a 6th grader's access to college coursework, your commitment to excellence remains unwavering.
  • Conducting Traditional Training - Forget lecture-based professional development. Your coaching methodology will exemplify the enthusiasm, energy, and expert facilitation skills you expect from your team.

Key responsibilities

Train and develop a team of Guides to implement the Sports Academy system with world-class excellence, ensuring our unique educational model produces exceptional student-athletes who excel both academically and in character development.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven track record of developing professional teams to achieve elite-level performance
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
  • Established history of successfully engaging with and developing children and adolescents (ages 5-18)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Commitment to working in-person at our Austin, Texas campus
