Role Description

Back-End Job Responsibilities
- As a back-end developer, you will work on a cross-functional team to develop easy-to-understand solutions

- Produce detailed design documentation
Minimum Requirements For a Backend Developer
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in back-end web technologies like Java, .NET, PHP, Python, JavaScript, Laravel, etc. in backend developer roles or similar
- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL database
- Preferably, experience with building cloud-native applications
- The ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)

Candidate requirements
- At least 4 years of experience writing production code for web applications' frontend and backend (any framework).
- Strong ownership: Demonstrated experience owning complete modules, product features, or teams, not just contributing siloed tasks
- Independent execution: The ability to unblock yourself, set your own pace, and find paths forward in ambiguous situations
- Experience in using generative A.I. in your day-to-day development work
