What you will be doing

  • Conceptualize and implement cutting-edge features using generative AI, delivering substantial value to customers.
  • Engage in thorough customer research to assess product impact and uncover new opportunities.
  • Create prototype solutions utilizing generative AI to test and verify assumptions.
  • Utilize multimodal LLMs to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Translate visionary product concepts into precise requirements, user narratives, and acceptance criteria.
  • Assess engineering outputs against established quality benchmarks and functional needs.
  • Track post-launch performance metrics and compile user feedback to gauge feature success and drive enhancements.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Pressuring developers to meet deadlines.
  • Handling personnel management or administrative duties.
  • Conducting detailed and exhaustive quality assurance tasks.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years of direct software engineering experience with proven ability to solve technical challenges.
  • Minimum 1 year as a product manager/owner with a focus on feature delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching features leveraging generative AI capabilities.
  • Extensive experience with AWS cloud frameworks and application development.
  • An AI-centric approach—believing in the transformative impact of generative AI on technology and its disruptive potential across industries, with a conviction that future success lies in integrating AI into all facets of work.
