What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement advanced AI automation systems that deliver quantifiable productivity gains and scale across diverse business applications
  • Pioneer the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in our development ecosystem
  • Optimize AI solution deployments across AWS infrastructure, ensuring maximum performance, reliability and seamless integration with existing systems

What you will NOT be doing

  • Writing conventional code from scratch—our AI-first approach means you'll be orchestrating machines to handle the heavy lifting
  • Executing mundane, repetitive tasks—each challenge requires fresh thinking and innovative approaches
  • Navigating bureaucratic approval processes—we prioritize rapid implementation and measurable results over procedural formalities
  • Creating theoretical models without practical application—every solution you develop will address real business challenges

Key responsibilities

Design and deploy fully autonomous AI systems that operate without human intervention, creating exponentially scalable business impact across industries

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—you instinctively leverage AI tools as your primary approach before writing traditional code (candidates with conventional code-first approaches need not apply)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with proven results
  • Advanced proficiency in Python programming and AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Practical experience with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
  • Verifiable track record implementing Generative AI solutions with substantial quantitative business impact
  • Demonstrated expertise leveraging various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve complex business challenges
