What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Code Maintenance: Engaging in regular updates or debugging of existing software to address minor issues or enhance functionality.
  • Standard Software Development: Performing basic coding tasks or developing straightforward features without the integration of AI.

Key responsibilities

  • Leverage your engineering acumen to significantly boost development speed, minimize human errors, and elevate code quality, ensuring quicker software product launches and improved customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in implementing impactful software engineering initiatives.
  • Proficiency with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
  • Proven track record in successfully implementing Generative AI products, projects, solutions, or tools.
  • Experience in utilizing various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges.
