What you will be doing

  • Architect and design AI-driven systems to automate complex software development processes, such as architecture generation, dependency management, and predictive coding.
  • Immerse yourself in cutting-edge AI and software engineering advancements through R&D, conferences, and professional communities, ensuring we're always at the forefront of technology.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Code Maintenance or debugging of minor issues.
  • Engaging in standard software development tasks without AI integration.

Key responsibilities

Drive significant improvements in development speed, error reduction, and code quality, leading to faster software product launches and increased customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing impactful software engineering initiatives.
  • Proficiency with GenAI code assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev.
  • Proven track record in implementing Generative AI solutions.
  • Experience with leveraging LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Mistral for business problem-solving.
