What you will be doing

  • Architect AI-driven systems that automate intricate facets of software development, including architecture generation, dependency management, and predictive coding.
  • Immerse yourself in the forefront of AI and software engineering by engaging in R&D activities, attending industry conferences, and collaborating with academic and professional networks. Stay ahead of the curve by being among the first to explore new AI technologies.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Code Maintenance: Updating or debugging existing software to fix minor issues or enhance functionality will not be part of your responsibilities.
  • Standard Software Development: Engaging in basic coding tasks that lack AI integration is outside the scope of this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize your engineering expertise to dramatically enhance development speed, reduce human errors, and improve code quality, ensuring faster product launches and greater customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in implementing impactful initiatives as a software engineer.
  • Proficiency with GenAI code assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev.
  • Proven experience in successfully implementing Generative AI products, projects, solutions, or tools.
  • Experience in leveraging various LLMs like GPT, Claude, and Mistral to address business challenges.
