I work as a senior account manager for Ignite Technologies, and I’m in charge of selling our great software solutions to clients across the globe.
My main goal is not only delivering great customer service to my clients, but also making sure they are successful with our products. Crossover is not only giving me the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, but also the opportunity to stay abreast of the most recent technologies. I consider myself lucky to be part of such a great organization.
Customer Support Manager,
I started my corporate career eight years ago working as a system engineer on Windows Server and focused on Active Directory and different IT security–related topics. I worked with Versata from March 2011 until early 2015 as a customer support manager. I managed two support teams, and my responsibilities included handling customer escalations, hiring and training new agents, and driving the teams towards achieving 100% customer success. Since March 2015, I have been working as a support transition manager, focusing on new acquisitions and merging their support processes into our model so that we assure a smooth transition for our customers.

Sorin has spent over 15 years in the IT&C industry in a wide range of roles, including as a delivery project executive for IT outsourcing and services, a site manager for Telecom Multimedia R&D, and a global delivery center manager for professional services and consultancies.
Sorin strongly believes the digital ecosystem is improving and transforming quality of life and the way we work and collaborate. He always focuses on WHY we do business and not just WHAT we offer.
