What you will be doing

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on business-critical issues with direct revenue impact
  • Leverage generative AI and advanced analytical tools to drive efficiency across Operations, Hiring, M&A, and other key functions
  • Own complete problem-solving cycles—from initial data gathering to solution implementation and measurement

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating theoretical frameworks without practical application—every project addresses real business needs requiring immediate action
  • Developing presentations to "sell" ideas to management—you'll work on validated problems with direct executive sponsorship

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience with demonstrated analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven track record implementing generative AI tools to enhance workplace productivity
  • Location within UTC-9 to UTC+1 time zones (Americas, Europe, or Western Africa) with availability during US business hours
